BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Planning Director be, and he is hereby, authorized to charge Two-Hundred
($200) Dollars for the filing of an application to abandon a right-of-way or an easement.
In addition, the Planning Director shall charge the applicant the actual cost of necessary
appraisals and title commitments as well as the appraised value of the fee interest in the
property being abandoned. Should the property not be abandoned, the applicant will only
be required to pay the Two-Hundred ($200) Dollar application fee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Director is authorized to charge
Twenty-Five ($25) Dollars for each letter which is necessary to confirm zoning and flood
plain information.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the _ �'tt" day
