BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to amend the 1998 - 2001
Consolidated Grant Programs to reprogram $168,772.31 from various unused line items
as shown on attached Exhibit "A" to reimburse the City of Beaumont's Public
Works/Engineering Division budget for improvements to Mary Street.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
February, 2002.
