BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Horseshoe Construction, Inc., Pasadena, Texas, in the amount of $535,983.50, for the
Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation of Small Diameter Mains Contract-V.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
February, 2002.
