BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Slamback Partners and Trinity Industries, Inc. to use a portion of their property for the
Marina Drive detour.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
February, 2002.
