BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Kinsel
Industries, Inc., Houston, Texas, in the amount of $262,490, for the Water Line
Replacement of Small Diameter Mains Contract-I.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
February, 2002.
