WHEREAS, bids were received for a three (3)-year contract for concession
management services; and,
WHEREAS, Swanson Corporation submitted a bid with fixed percentages to be paid
to the City as shown below:
Vending 50% of net income
Beer/Liquor 26.5%
Catering 14.1%
3'd Party/Novelties 50% of net income
Concessions 26.5%
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted as shown above
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted as shown above submitted by Swanson Corporation for a three(3)-
year contract with an option to renew for two(2)years for concession management services
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of
