BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney is hereby authorized to file and prosecute a lawsuit against Joyce
McKinney dba Classic Kid Learning Academy to collect on a delinquent Small Business
Revolving Loan.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22"d day of January,
