WHEREAS, City Council approved Resolution No. 01-007 January 9, 2001, for
a contract, in the amount of$375,700, using 2000 HOME funds with the CPNA for
the construction or reconstruction of up to five (5) new homes for lease or sale to
eligible low income families; and,
WHEREAS, additional time is requested to complete the fifth remaining home;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council of the City of Beaumont hereby approves the contract extension
to March 31, 2002.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
January, 2002.
