BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a three(3)-year contract
with Beaumont Products and Services, Inc. for providing grounds maintenance services
and litter removal from City facilities and specified areas within the Central Business District
for the amount of$10,015 per month, and $12.90 per hour for the two (2) man Downtown
Beautification Team.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
December, 2001.
