BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to pay an invoice in the amount of
$30,832 to International Business Machines (IBM) for the renewal of an annual system
software upgrade and maintenance agreement .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
December, 2001.
