ORDINANCE NO. 01-097
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE TWO 10' WIDE
UNUSED UTILITY EASEMENTS LYING AT THE REAR OF LOTS 1-6
AND 13-19, BLOCK OF THE SUBURBAN ACRES ADDITION, UNIT
ONE IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR THE RELOCATION OF THE EXISTING
PHONE CABLE AND GRANTING A NEW EASEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the two 10' wide unused utility easements lying at the rear of Lots 1-6 and 13-19,
Block 2 of the Suburban Acres Addition, Unit One., in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, being a 10'wide utility easement lying along the rear 10' of Lots 1 through
6 and a 10' wide utility easement lying along the rear 10' of Lots 13 through 19, Block 2,
Suburban Acres Addition, Unit One, as shown on the plat filed for record in the Map
Records of Jefferson County on May 2, 1955, in Volume 8, Page 202, as shown on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27' day of
November, 2001.
