BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a deed without warranty
for the north Y2 of Lot 14, Block D, Mayfair Addition, to correct an error and transfer
ownership of the real property to John V. Naymik.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11`h day of
December, 2001.
