WHEREAS, bids were received to stabilize and restore the bank along the Neches
River for the access road to Lawson's Pump Station in the northeast quadrant of the City;
and,
WHEREAS, BO-Mac Contractors, Ltd., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$1,394,832; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by BO-Mac
Contractors, Ltd., Beaumont, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of $1,394,832 submitted by BO-Mac Contractors, Ltd.,
Beaumont, Texas, to stabilize and restore the bank along the Neches River for the access
road to Lawson's Pump Station in the northeast quadrant of the City be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
December, 2001.
