BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with the United
States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service(USDA/NRCS)
to provide funding for the stabilization and restoration of the bank along the Neches River
for the access road to Lawson's Pump Station.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11`h day of December,
2001.
