WHEREAS, bids were received for a one(1)year contract for purchasing ready-
mix concrete for use by the Public Works Department; and,
WHEREAS, Few Ready Mix Concrete Company, Jasper, Texas, submitted a
bid in the amount shown below:

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Few Ready
Mix Concrete Company, Jasper, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Few Ready Mix Concrete Company, Jasper, Texas, for
a one (1)year contract for purchasing ready-mix concrete for use by the Public Works
Department in the amounts shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL'of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
