BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT effective October 1, 2001, the base wages of the City Attorney, Lane Nichols, is
hereby increased 3%. Additionally, contribution for retirement shall continue at the same
level as FY 2001.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of
November, 2001.
