WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two (2) small rubber track
excavators; and,
WHEREAS, CLM Equipment, Nederland, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$73,330; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by CLM Equipment,
Nederland, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of$73,330 submitted by CLM Equipment, Nederland, Texas,
to purchase two (2) Takeuchi TB135 compact excavators be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of
November, 2001.
