WHEREAS, as a member agency of the Jefferson County Appraisal District,the City
of Beaumont is entitled to cast its allocated votes in the election to name the District's
Board of Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cast the City of
Beaumont's 403 votes for C. L. Sherman to become a member of the Jefferson County
Appraisal District Board of Directors..
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2011 day of
November, 2001.
