BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to submit an application to the
Texas Criminal Justice Division for grant funding in the total amount of $41,836 for the
Family Violence Task Force, to commit the City to provide the required applicable cash
match, $10,347, 25% of the project cost, and to assure that in the event of loss or misuse
of Texas Criminal Justice Division (CJD) funds, the City will return all funds to CJD.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
November, 2001.
