BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a contract for the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation
of Small Diameter Mains - Contract IV in the amount of $456,532 with Horseshoe
Construction, Inc. to rehabilitate 8,428 linear feet of 6" and 8" sanitary sewer lines, and
replace 31 manholes and 200 existing service connections. The line sections are located
on Peyton Street, Parsons Drive, Callaway Drive, and Goodhue Road.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of
October, 2001.
