BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept payment of
$1,251.85 and release weed and litter liens against property which is described as lots 165
and 166, Block 16, Herring Addition.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
October, 2001.
