WHEREAS, the claim of Atrue Jackson has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held Tuesday, October 2, 2001; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Atrue Jackson
in the amount of Five-Thousand ($5,000) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
October, 2001.
