BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of two (2) Crafco AMZ "Magnum"
spray injection patching machines through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)
in the amount of$94,748.37.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the16th day of
October, 2001.
