BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a contract in the amount of$3,652,918 with Boyer,
Inc., Houston, Texas, to modify the existing Lawson's pump station located on the south
bank of the Neches River and approximately 2.3 miles upstream of the water treatment
plant.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
October, 2001.
