BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one (1) Gradall Model 3100XL
through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) in the amount of$183,014.50.
