BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the firm of Patillo, Brown and Hill, L.L.P., be and they are hereby, designated as
independent auditors for the City of Beaumont in the amount of $64,000 for the fiscal
period ending September 30, 2002 with an option to renew annually for a period of three
additional years.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day
of October 9, 2001.
