BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute Project Agreement
Forms with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for the use of offender labor.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9'h day of
October, 2001.
