BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to implement the contribution rate
changes as shown below for employees and retirees, including their dependents, who are
on the City's medical and/or dental plans effective January 1, 2002.
