BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the renewal of an annual hardware maintenance
agreement effective October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with International
Business Machines in the amount of $57,651.25.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of
October, 2001.
