WHEREAS, bids were received for a five (5) year fixed rate financing agreement to
purchase one (1) Pierce Lance Fire Pumper; and,
WHEREAS, Banc One Leasing Corporation submitted a bid for a five (5) year
financing agreement with a 3.91% fixed interest rate for five (5) years; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Banc One
Leasing Corporation, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Banc One Leasing Corporation, for a five (5) year financing
agreement with a fixed interest rate of 3.91% for the purchase one (1) Pierce Lance Fire
Pumper, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
September, 2001.
