BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Brystar
Contracting, Inc., in the amount of$3,931,150 to install 12,000 linear feet of 48-inch pipe,
a part of Phase I Improvements to Lawson's raw water transmission line.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
September, 2001.
