WHEREAS, Beauport Partners, Limited has conveyed to the City of
Beaumont a ten- (10) foot wide water line easement on their property, being out of F.
Bigner Survey, Abstract 1 and located at 4630 Collier Road, as described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the conveyance of said
easement and is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property
is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by Beauport Partners, Limited be and
the same is hereby in all things accepted.
