WHEREAS bids were received for two (2) 4X2 utility vehicles; and,
WHEREAS, Eastex Farm & Home submitted a bid in the amount of $15,470.48;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Eastex Farm &
Home should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Eastex Farm & Home for the purchase of two (2) John Deere
4X2 Gator utility vehicles in the amount of $15,470.48 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
