BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a five-(5) year operation and
maintenance contract with an option to renew for an additional five years with Andy Hebert
for the operation of the Henry Homberg Municipal Golf Course located at Tyrrell Park. The
contract is effective January 1, 2000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1999.
