BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT effective October 1, 1999, the base wages of the City Attorney, Lane Nichols, is
hereby increased 4% and his ICMA deferred compensation contribution is increased from
$5,000 to $7,500; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that effective October 1, 1999, that the City Clerk's base
salary is increased from $49,920 to $55,000 and $5,000 in an ICMA deferred
compensation contribution.
