WHEREAS, the claim of Sherrie Query has been discussed in an Executive Session
properly called and held Tuesday, October 26, 1999; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Sherrie Query
in the amount of Twenty-one Thousand Five-Hundred ($21,500) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
