WHEREAS, Owen and Shannon Hayes have granted an additional five-foot Utility
Easement to the City of Beaumont on their property as described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto in exchange for a License to Encroach onto the City's current five-foot utility
easement; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
request for the License to Encroach onto the City's current five-foot utility easement and
is of the opinion that the conveyance of said easement of property and the License to
Encroach onto the City's current five-foot utility easement is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted and granted respectively;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement conveyed from Owen and Shannon Hayes is hereby, in all things
accepted and the License to Encroach onto the City's current five-foot utility easement is
hereby, in all things granted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9;t#( day of
