BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Joseph G. Majdalani, Water Utilities Manager, and Tom Warner, Public Works
Director, be and are hereby authorized to execute wastewater discharge permit
applications and monthly operating reports on behalf of the City of Beaumont.
