NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital Lab for an annual contract for
medical laboratory services in the unit amounts shown above be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
