WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to provide asphaltic concrete
to be used by the Public Works Department/Streets and Drainage Division for street
repairs; and,
WHEREAS, APAC-Texas, Inc. submitted a bid as follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by APAC-Texas,
Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by APAC-Texas, Inc. for an annual contract to provide asphaltic
concrete in the amounts stated above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
