WHEREAS, on February 16, 1999, the City Council of the City of Beaumont, Texas,
awarded a contract to BoMac Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $1,046,504.63 for
improvements to the Beaumont Fire Training Center; and,
WHEREAS, during the course of the project, Change Order No. 1 was approved
by Council on July 27, 1999; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 was approved by Council on August 10, 1999;
and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 was approved by Council on October 5, 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute Change Order No. 4
in the amount of $3,614 to add furnishing labor, material and equipment to construct a
concrete block firewall at training project no. 2.
