WHEREAS proposals were accepted on Monday, October 11, 1999, for a one-year
contract to provide licensed asbestos consulting services; and,
WHEREAS, Health and Safety Management, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, submitted a
bid in the prices stated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Health and
Safety Management, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Health and Safety Management, Inc., Beaumont, Texas for a
one-year contract to provide licensed asbestos consulting services for the prices stated
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
