WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) diesel powered truck
cab and chassis equipped with a 10.5 cubic yard concrete mixer body ; and,
WHEREAS, Olympic International Trucks, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$50,000; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Olympic
International Trucks, Inc. should be accepted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Olympic International Trucks, Inc. for one (1) 1995 International
Model F-5070-SFA truck cab and chassis equipped with a 10.5 cubic yard McNeilus
concrete mixer body in the amount of $50,000.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1999.
