WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of automotive batteries; and,
WHEREAS, Nationwide Batteries, submitted a bid in the estimated total annual
expenditure of $26,620.20 in the following fixed unit prices:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Nationwide
Batteries should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Nationwide Batteries for the purchase of automotive batteries
in the estimated total annual expenditure of $26,620.20 at the above fixed unit prices be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 744 day of
1999.
