BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a fee of $10 per request as a handling charge for
photocopy services in the Beaumont Public Library system plus the normal copying
charges of$0.25 per page for microfilm and $0.15 per page for photocopy for non-library
card holders. This fee does not apply to requests made by cardholders who are members
of the Houston Area Library System or the East Texas Consortium of Libraries.
