WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of corrugated polyethylene pipe to
be utilized by the Public Works Department, Streets and Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, Coburn Supply, submitted a bid in the unit prices stated on the bid
tabulation attached hereto as Exhibit "A" with an estimated total annual expenditure of
$85,718; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Coburn Supply,
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Coburn Supply in the unit prices stated on the bid tabulation
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" with an estimated total annual expenditure of $85,718 for
purchasing corrugated polyethylene pipe to be utilized by the Public Works Department,
Streets and Drainage Division be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
