WHEREAS bids were received for a six (6) month contract for purchasing lubricants
to be utilized by City departments in maintaining equipment; and,
WHEREAS, Pumpelly Oil Company, Sulphur, Louisiana, submitted a bid in the unit
amounts as shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto, with an estimated total expenditure of
$27,063.40; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Pumpelly Oil
Company, Sulphur, Louisiana, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Pumpelly Oil Company, Sulphur, Louisiana, in the amount of
$27,063.40 with an estimated total expenditure of $27,063.40 a six (6) month contract for
purchasing lubricants to be utilized by City departments in maintaining equipment be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /.tom- day of
