BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a fifteen (15) month
contract with an option to renew for two additional years at the same rate with R. O.
Williams & Company, agent for Gulf Insurance Company, to provide excess workers'
compensation Insurance for the City's self-insured workers' compensation program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5��t day of
