BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one (1) year
contract with Standard Security Life Insurance Company of New York for which FARA
Benefit Services is the agent to provide stop loss insurance for the City's medical
insurance program.
