BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a Surface Use
Agreement with Aspect Resources for $10,000 on property in the Christian Hillebrandt
League as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
